Date paste

Date paste is a date colored and pasteurised mass without additives and preservatives with a uniform texture. It is fat-free, contains a lot of fiber and is rich in minerals such as potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium and vitamin A and vitamin B group.

Date paste application:

  • Industry: Food industry.
